Day 1 & 2 I'm back and on a mission! New Year & A new Goal!

I Lost 63lbs!

Before I started Ain't Misbehavin in Oct 2011

I was able to get into my undergarments which was 


GREAT!! Gail Baldoni

 (costumer) had to take my dresses in! I was excited, Gail 


was excited, the

 costume shop was excited due to the fact that I was 


shouting with glee! 


YAY! 

Whoo Hoo! 

Arthur Faria (director and my mentor) arrived on the 


scene and was shocked!

 Shocked because he didn't think I was going to lose one 


pound! LOL I 


showed him (insert evil laugh) LOL The look on his face 


was (sing it) 


Priceless!

My friend Doug and I had a side bet........Guess who 


won?

YAY ME!!

The show closed, the holidays and my birthday are over 


It's time to get back 

on it!

20 mins treadmill, 20 mins power walk outside it was a

 nice brisk day and doing the healthy eating thang!

Tuesday Jan 31/11

I got out in that wonderful January? weather It feels like 


October or March out there (sing it) GORGEOUS!!

Walked for 101:07mins according to my nifty pedometer

YAY ME!

My knees are sore I guess it was a little too much 


concrete contact but it not

 going to stop me sore knees and all. Tomorrow I will be 


adding Pilates to the mix. 


On a side note I really can't wait to get the P90X from my 


friend Sean.

 That's a double YAY!
