Day 37 Oh how I hate doing planks!!

Oh how I hate doing planks! 
With that said I know they have to be done but do they have to be so hard?!
Please give me strength to do more of them and hold them longer...

Now on this losing weight thing 
It's going so slow...UGH!!  But my doctor keeps telling me it's the best way to do it. I know it is but really?! 
It take all of a minute to put the weight on but it takes an eternity to take it off!
UGH!!!!! 
Dear Lord, Give me patience...
And give it to me NOW!...
Having patience is not one of my strengths...LOL

Tony Horton 10minute workout
Windsor Pilates 20mins
Planks 6 times 20sec each
Trampoline with arm weights 30mins 
100 Sit-Ups
