Day 21 Ain't No Mountain High Enough

✷Measured myself this morning 2 more inches gone!
I'm lovin it.
I'm also lovin the love. In one week I have had 158 hits. I am truly touch.
Thanks for the support

I'm a little sore but it's all good.
Arm Work
100 Sit ups
Winsor Plitaes 20min
Kettlenetics cardio fit ballet workout 15min
What is kettlenetics?  It is a workout with a 4lb kbell. Great workout
Wanted to walk outside again but no such luck air quality is bad. MY jiggly parts are not happy about that at all. The good news is that I will soon I'll be in a pool swimming each and everyday so I'm not stressing about it too much.

I'm still waiting for these endorphins people talk about. They don't know me and I don't know them. I don't feel this rush of Aah or is it whoo feeling or whatever it is.  Maybe they're buried under all my fat just fighting to come out. If that's the case I hope they hurry up and show themselves so that I can reap their benefits.
Come on Endorphins I need all the help I can get.
BECAUSE ............I Hate working out! I hate it, I hate it, I hate it!!
But I'm doing it.

Today's Theme song

Ain't No Mountain High Enough
By Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrl

Listen, baby
Ain't no mountain high
Ain't no vally low
Ain't no river wide enough, baby

If you need me, call me
No matter where you are
No matter how far
Just call my name
I'll be there in a hurry
You don't have to worry

'Cause baby,
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you

Remember the day
I set you free
I told you
You could always count on me
From that day on I made a vow
I'll be there when you want me
Some way,some how

'Cause baby,
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you

No wind, no rain

My love is alive
Way down in my heart
Although we are miles apart
If you ever need a helping hand
I'll be there on the double
As fast as I can

Don't you know that
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you

Don't you know that
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
