Drum Roll Please!!

I have lost 20lbs in 30 days 

Whoo Hoo!! 

Early start this morning. I felt that I had to get up and out in the sun on this day of remembrance. I will use this day to reflect on what was lost but I will also use this day to appreciate my fat life and the people I love.

I'm still sore but I'm not letting it stop me today.

I got up out of bed slowly washed up got dressed and went out and enjoyed this beautiful crisp sunny day.

Walked 30mins

Winsor Pilates 20mins
