Day 6 Me & Tony Horton.....

I'm feeling good and I'm back at it YAY! 

Was my first day with Tony Horton's 10 minute workout I got from Dr. Oz's website for free!!

I have no upper body/arm strength or such I say I don't have enough upper body/arm strength to hold up all of my. With that being said the push up portion was hard for me so I modified.

I must tell you that even with me modifying  the push ups I was sweating and it made me feel good so I took a little rest for an hard boiled egg and did it again. 

I really like it I can't wait until I get really good at it and really do the push up portion.
