Light...
has been my word for the past two days.
I'm still feeling a bit under the weather and I'm not feeling like myself
but I am not letting that stop me.

I'm doing what I call a light workout.

I've been getting a dizzy when getting down and getting up from the floor and
my ribs have been killing me also.
I think the rib pain is from all that throwing up I was doing on
Saturday night/Sunday morning

and I haven't had much of an appetite.
I think its nothing but the Devil and some bug at work trying to keep me fat
but you see I'm on to him and
Ain't Nobody Got Time For That!
I'm hoping to get back to it in full force ASAP!
