Day # 18 And I'm Feelin Goooood!

I woke up very early this morning feeling like myself 
Thank You GOD!
Today I instituted Chia seeds in my diet.
I put some in my yogurt before my workout and boy did it give me a boost of energy. 
I think I like it. 
A tip if you try Chia after your done with your meal you must brush your teeth and they swell and have a jelly like consistency which is good for the belly but not in your mouth. 
 I did 1½ hours of Kinect for XBox
Just Dance 3 
Wow I have most definitely lost my Mojo 
but I am determined to get it back.
Just call me Austin Powers
