Day #6 Windsor Pilates X2

This morning I woke up feeling good Yes,
I'm still a bit sore but it not even close to how I was feeling on Friday. 
This is a very good thing!
I am so happy. 
So, I decided to do Windsor Pilates to give me a really good stretch. 
I was feeling good so I did it again. 
20mins X 2 = 40mins of Pilates  
Yay Me! 
This is a recipe made with Special K cereal I used Fiber One 80cal Honey Squares
Crush the Fiber One Honey Squares 
Dip the chicken breasts *(I used chicken tenderloins) 
in the EggBeaters or scrambled egg. 
Press into Fiber One to coat on both sides. 
Place on baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray 
*(I used Coconut oil) 
Bake at 375 for 20- 22 minutes or until juices run clear.

Low fat and low cal plus it was delicious!
