Day #9, 10 & 11 On a Mission!

I haven't been blogging for the last few days but I have been on it!
I made a decision about P90X 
I think it's best for me to get stronger before going all in and re-injuring myself 
Cuz...
Ain't Nobody Got Time For That!

I'll be doing a lot of Stretching, Pilates, K-Bell, Dancing & Jumping on the Trampoline 
until I get stronger my back, knees etc...  
Since making this decision I have been feeling pretty good. 
Although my back has been seizing up on me at night and the pain is pretty bad I have been moving thought it and I thank God I have pain meds.  

I'll be back to the PX90  it's just a matter of time 
One Day At A Time!

Windsor Pilates X2  1hour
Jumped on Trampoline 30mins

Day #11
Windsor Pilates 30mins
Danced 1hour
