Day 9 I am lovin the Trampoline!

I am lovin the trampoline! 

I can watch TV, sing and talk on the phone breathlessly and do my arm workout all at the same time plus my knees don't hurt! 

I tried jumping before but I didn't have the hang of it But now I say what took me so long to get up on it?  

I'm having so much fun! 

I must say that there's a whole lot of shaking and jiggling going on. 

Thank God they're hasn't been anyone injured nor have I given myself a black eye in my quest to lose the fat on the trampoline.

I 'm feeling really good I have lots of energy and I'm only eating about 

600-750 cals a day which is easy because I'm not working. 

Here is a list of some of the foods that I have been eating  

Hard Boiled Eggs 

Avocado 

Tuna

Cottage Cheese

Lettuce

Chicken

String Beans

Spinach

Hot Green Tea

Teaspoon of  Mayo 

1 Square of Dark Chocolate   

Next week I'll add 

Fresh and Frozen Fruits 

Coconut Milk (so delicious brand 80cals a cup I use 1/2 a cup for protein shakes) 

It's Non dairy and oh so good.

and maybe some Low Fat Greek Yogurt

Eating like that allowed me to lose 63lbs.

Also eating this way allows me to have a sweet treat every once in awhile

   Pilates 20mins  

Tony Horton 10min workout 

150 Sit Ups 

Trampoline 30mins 

Arm work out with weights while on trampoline

10 Push Ups standing at an angle 

(that's really good for me due to the fact that I have no upper arm strength)
